Kettle bells:

20 KB shoulder swings (to eye-level)

20 KB stiff-leg deadlift (keep knees slightly bent)

10/side KB 1-arm swings (to eye-level)

10 KB squat to upright row (try to touch KB to floor during each squat)

10/side KB 1-arm crunch (crunch up and over with 1 arm locked-out overhead)

Repeat 4x
