Sean Runyan is an American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) certified personal trainer, having earned his accreditation in 2014. After years of exercise experience in the weight room and on the hardwood, Sean sought to fuse his athletic passions into helping others as a personal trainer. Sean is a lifelong athlete and has traveled the country playing basketball and soccer at their highest competitive levels. Sean is also a 2011 graduate from The University of Georgia, where he majored in Advertising through Grady College of Journalism and minored in Music Business through Terry College of Business. Sean has spent the majority of his professional career working in the entertainment industry for popular musical talents, such as Zac Brown Band and Widespread Panic.
After tearing his anterior cruciate ligament (A.C.L.) in his right knee in 2011 while playing basketball, Sean began to study the efficient practices that must go into exercise and living well. Now, Sean's training ideology is to help men and women achieve their health and fitness goals by developing safe and sustainable workout regimens. His personalized and detail-oriented training strategies motivate those around him to develop well-balanced, healthy lifestyles.
Sean has limited online training availability and is searching for the perfect candidates to join him in changing their lives for the better. Please submit your inquiry on the Online Training page and request Sean to be your trainer.
